Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your product arrives damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time the funds will take to appear in your account will depend solely on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email TheMainSqueaker@TheSqueakyToy.com for the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item or your item was received damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged, we will be happy to send you another (the same size) at no further cost to you with the receipt of pictures of the damage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges: If you have carefully measured your pet and followed the sizing chart but the item does not fit your pet, we will exchange it without issue. Please contact us via email @ TheMainSqueaker@TheSqueakyToy.com for return address information. The cost to ship the item back to us is your responsibility HOWEVER, we will pay the cost to ship the new size item to you.
