-What is the benefit of signing up for a subscription? 
Many of our Wellness products are available as a subscription. This means that your products will automatically be shipped to you monthly, erasing the stress of remembering to reorder. Subscriptions assure  that there is no lapse in supplementation. **Subscriptions allow you to save 15%  every month!**

-Am I able to cancel my subscription? 
You have the flexibility to sign up for and to cancel your subscription at any time. Directions can be found here 

-When will my subscription ship? 
Subscriptions will automatically be shipped so your  products arrive approximately every 30 days.

-Do you have more information on CBD?
Absolutely! Check our Blog for a wealth of information on CBD for dogs. 

-Are the Wellness Products made and shipped from the USA?   
YES. All wellness supplements are made and shipped from the USA. 

-How long does it take to ship my order?
Typically orders ship within 1 business day (not including holidays). The exception might be a piece of gear that is being shipped from overseas. Expect 2 days of processing prior to shipping.

-Is the sizing chart accurate?
YES.  It is pretty accurate.  We do recommend that you carefully measure your pet as the diagram shows to make sure you get the correct size.  Please do not guess!  This will lead to returns and frustrations. 

-Can I return an item? 
YES. If your order has not arrived (lost) or has been received in damaged condition, please notify our support team at TheMainSqueaker@TheSqueakyToy.com to file a claim.

All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

Lost Orders: If the shipment has been lost, we will file a trace with the carrier to locate your order. If the shipment is found, the package will be delivered. If the shipment is unable to be located, we will issue full credit back to your account.

Damaged Orders: If an order has been received damaged, please take photos of the damaged item as well as the box it arrived in and send those images along with the order number to TheMainSqueaker@TheSqueakyToy.com. The Squeaky Toy will file a damage claim with the carrier. Once a claim has been filed, we can either reship the order to you or issue a full refund.

Can you make custom gift baskets?
