Shipping within the USA:
All orders are shipped with verifiable tracking numbers.
How long do orders take to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding major holidays). Shipping duration (origin to destination) reflects similar time frame quoted by all shipping carriers we use.
How do you manage orders Lost or Damaged in transit?
If your order has not arrived (lost) you need to contact the carrier. We receive the same online tracking information you received from the carrier so we will be unable to provide any additional information regarding carrier delays or reasons for lost packages. Check around your property to see if your package was left behind steps, bushes etc., check with neighbors to see if they may have received your package by mistake. If your order was undeliverable at the shipping address you provided, then typically your carrier will return it to sender. You will need to pay for shipping to the updated address.
Damaged Orders: If an order has been received damaged, please take photos of the damaged item as well as the box it arrived in and send those images along with the order number to TheMainSqueaker@TheSqueakyToy.com. The Squeaky Toy will file a damage claim with the carrier. Once a claim has been filed, we can either reship the order to you or issue a full refund.
Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason. Please contact us for directions. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (*Note- if the time is shorter, it will be noted on the item's page) Your item must be in the original packaging. We will require pictures of the item and the reasons for the return. You must have an RMA# to include with your return. Please contact us at TheMainSqueaker@TheSqueakyToy.com to get your RMA#.
*NOTE- The Squeaky Toy is a small, family owned business. We cannot afford to absorb the cost of return labels. Return shipping is the expense of the customer.
If you have received a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. There is no need to return it, we will have a new, undamaged replacement sent to you at no further cost to you.
Refund Details: If you are receiving a refund, you will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
