What is a Subscription Service?

Would you like to receive your products automatically without having to remember to order? This subscription service gives you exactly that. Join and receive your delivery monthly plus you’ll receive 15% off each order for signing up!

How many subscriptions can I have?

As many as you want! You can subscribe to multiple products.

Will I be notified when my subscription is about to renew?

Yes! You will be notified 24 hours before the subscription is about to renew by email. Once the subscription renewal has been processed and we ship your product, you will receive an email notification with shipping information.

Where can I see and manage my subscriptions?

All subscriptions can be viewed and managed via your account. Simply log in, and your account is accessible.

From Your Account You Can:

  • Update your payment methods.

When changing your shipping and payment information, please make sure all changes are complete 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal date.

  • Update quantities, add products, swap or delete products.

To adjust your subscription: If you need to change your product SIZE (large breed, trial or standard) or product QUANTITY, you can do so from the SAME subscription you already have. Simply 1) Go to your Account 2) Click on Subscriptions 3) Find the subscription that you want to upgrade or downgrade 4)  click on the “Change product size or quantity” button 5) make your selection and simply follow the checkout process. 

  • Delete your subscription.

All subscriptions can be canceled and managed via our account. Your subscription will cancel immediately. If you delete your subscription 24 hours prior to our subscription renewal date, our system will not ship the subscription. 

Do I get notified via email if my subscription is canceled?

Yes! If your subscription is canceled for any reason, you will receive an email notification.

I canceled my subscription a month ago but I got charged this month anyway. What should I do?

Please contact us @ 949-342-4083 and we will review your account and address the issue. 

“I cancelled my subscription, but still received an auto ship order—why didn’t my order get cancelled?”

Cancelling or pausing your subscription will cancel any future renewal orders but does not automatically cancel any orders currently in progress. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in cancelling an order. If your order has already left our facility, then we are unable to stop shipment and you will need to return the product for a refund.

What is The Squeaky Toy's Return Policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or not seeing results from our CBD pet products for your dog, you can request a refund of your online or in-person purchase (unopened or opened product) within 30 days.
